Flashback to My Favorite Summer Look

Summer's officially over, which means I'm cleaning out my closet and putting my whites and sandals into hibernation and pulling out the thick layers and warm jewel tones. Looking back at this summer and my OOTDs, this baby blue dressed up outfit was probably my favorite. 

The blue lace dress is by AMUR and the bag is Loeffler Randall. I hadn't heard of AMUR until earlier this year from browsing at Rent the Runway, and immediately fell in love with not only its feminine, flirty and unique dresses but also its sustainable approach to fashion. AMUR stands for A Mindful Use of Resources - the brand is dedicated to making pretty garments using natural materials, and certified organic textiles. Its designs are always thought of from not only an aesthetic perspective but also ecological aspect. It's hard to find a designer these days who is geared toward a social cause at the same time being creative.
